HS tennis teams compete at Day 2 of Far East Tournament

The high school boys' and girls' tennis teams competed in Day 2 of the Far East Tournament at Kadena High School in Okinawa on Thursday. CAJ had several wins from their players.

Below are the complete results from the Knights on Thursday:

Boys' Doubles:
Joel/Hugo (9th grade) lose 6-8 in first round
Hugo (10th grade)/Shun earn first round bye, lose 4-8 in second round

Girls' Doubles:
JaeEun/Mae win 8-2 in first round, lose 1-8 in second round
Kiara/Jenny lose 8-9 in firs round

Girls' Singles:
Kiara wins 6-2 in consolation second round
Jenny wins 6-2 in consolation second round

Boys' Singles:
Hugo (10th grade) wins 6-4 in consolation second round
Shun wins 6-4 in consolation first round, loses 1-6 in consolation second round

Mixed Doubles:
JaeEun/Hugo (9th grade) earn first round bye, lose 1-8 in consolation in second round
Joel/Mae win 6-4 in consolation second round

The Knights will continue their Far East Tournament on Friday.
