Guidance Program
Mission Statement
Our mission is to equip students to serve Japan and the world for Christ through encouraging healthy academic development, career development, and personal/social development, by which students will move toward their full God-given potential as persons created in the image of God and living in community. As developmentally appropriate, students will develop awareness and skills that will enable them to successfully handle the demands of academic, career, and personal/social environments. Specifically, they will optimize self-confidence, motivation to achieve, decision-making, goal setting, planning, problem-solving skills, interpersonal effectiveness, communication skills, cross-cultural effectiveness, and responsible behavior.
