The meeting was called to order at 8:47 a.m.

Kenichi Shinagawa led the board in devotions based on Acts 2.

MSC to approve the agenda.

The board went into executive session at 9:15 a.m., ending at 10:20.

The board reviewed its process in terms of what it did well and what it could do better.

Taizo Morimoto closed in prayer
