*CAJ's constitution is in Division A of the board manual.

• Staff members must put their signature of agreement to certain portions of the constitution to be hired (see Article II.1 (Basis), Article II.2 (Governing Principles), Article II.3 (Statement of Faith), Article III (Purpose).
• The constitution must be approved by the governor of Tokyo.
