1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla<br>

Cream the cream cheese and peanut butter together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Keeps in refrigerator for a few weeks. Serve with sliced apples to dip in it.<br>
