1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup raisins
1 cup milk
1 cup pumpkin
1/2 cup melted margarine
2 eggs
Directions
Mix together flour, supar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins. Combine milk, pumpkin, margarine and eggs. Add to the other ingredients until flour mixture is moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp sugar over each one. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 400 ̊F.
