Wheat Germ Muffins

Ingredients
3 cups water
2 cups oil
4 eggs
2 cups bran (or fusuma)
2 cups brown sugar
5 cups flour
4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
4 tsp baking powder
4 tsp vanilla
2 cups raisins
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and put in greased or papered muffin tins or two 9”x13” pans. Bake at 350 ̊F for 20 minutes if in muffin tins, and 25-30 minutes if in 9”x13” pans.
