In your cover letter for applying to coach at CAJ please address the following:

  • Why are you interested in serving at CAJ as a coach, and why now?
    • Do you have any connections to the CAJ community (alumni, mission, etc.)?
  • How long you would you anticipate serving at CAJ (one season or more)?
  • What coaching position(s) are you are qualified for and interested in?
