1 lb ground sausage (450gr)
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese 2 cups Bisquick (or other biscuit-type baking mix)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together with your hands. Divide in fourths and then make each 1/4 into 24 bite-size balls, for a total of 96 balls. Bake at 325 ̊F for 25 minutes. Serve warm. Balls can be frozen and then re-heated before serving. If freezing, bake only 13 minutes and then freeze. When ready to serve, thaw out sausage balls, and bake an additional 13 minutes before serving.
