Ingredients
1 1/3 cups water
1 Tbsp margarine
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour
2 tsp yeast
Directions
Use the ingredients to make dough in bread maker through first rising. Cut dough into small egg-sized pieces and roll them into ropes. Cover and let rise 20 minutes. Brush each one with glaze made of one egg white mixed with 1 Tbsp. water. Sprinkle with salt or seasame seeds. Bake in a preheated 400 ̊F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. The shorter the baking time, the softer they are; the longer the baking time, the crunchier.
