*Seniors should request transcripts from the guidance office.
- Transcripts are sent by guaranteed delivery service in most cases to insure against loss.
- There may be a fee if an exceptional number of transcripts are requested - see the guidance office for details.
- Transcript requests will be processed within two weeks.
- If a deadline date is given, the staff will work to meet that deadline date if a reasonable amount of time has been given.
- Midterm transcripts will be processed by the guidance office after report cards and transcripts are available (two weeks after the end of the first semester).
- End of the year transcripts will be processed by the guidance office.
- The registrar will have final transcripts for seniors no later than two weeks after graduation day.
- Transcripts needed by other students should be requested from the registrar.
- Transcripts will not be sent if the family's account is overdue.
- After graduation, copies of transcripts are sent to the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) transcript depository for safe keeping.

- Transcripts are official CAJ documents and changes other than minor formatting must be approved by the head of school.
