Ingredients
1/2 cup softened margarine
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries (drained if canned)

Directions Preheat oven to 375 ̊F. Grease muffin tins. Put margarine in mixing bowl. Beat with fork or beater until flluffy. Add sugar; mix well. Stir in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add half of the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Mix well. Stir in half of the milk. Stir in the rest of the flour mixture, then the rest of the milk. Add blueberries and stir to mix in. Fill each cup to top. Sprinkle with white sugar. Bake approximately 20 minutes until golden. Cool in tin.
