Golden Corn Bread 2

Ingredients
1 cup corn meal
1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions
Preheated oven to 425 ̊F. Combine dry ingredients. Add egg, milk, and oil. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 9" square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

- For 9" x 13" pan increase corn meal, flour and milk to 1 1/2 cups, sugar and oil to 1/3 cup, baking powder to 6 tsp, and eggs to 2.
