Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp oil
Directions
Combine milk and cream with eggs. Mix dry ingredients together and then stir into milk and eggs. Add oil. This should make a fairly stiff batter. Roll out on floured surface. Cut into squares and fry in hot deep fat. Serve warm with honey or syrup.

- Traditionally eaten together with cold watermelon. A great summer meal!!
