CAJ's varsity volleyball team lost at Zama on Tuesday night by a set score of 3-1 (25-16, 12-25, 19-25, 21-25). The loss moved the Knights' league record to 7-3 and its overall record to 12-7.
Coach Tanya Hall stressed the team's need for better execution of the fundamentals.
"We had yet another new rotation due to a player being out for injury, but we lost due to inconsistencies and unforced errors," Hall said. "We talked about how they need to focus on getting confident in the basic stuff so that teammates can count on you to do your job."
The next game for the Knights will be at ASIJ on Thursday night.
